This is a great house. We’d stay here again. Nice and close to the beach. Also close enough to bike to town. The rooftop is a great spot

Absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of room for our whole family. The views from both decks were incredible. We saw several deer off the balcony facing the marsh one night. It is so close to the beach, just a short walk. Everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this house to anyone staying on Folly. It is quite a way from Center Street so a golf cart comes in handy to avoid trying to find parking.

The place was incredible. I went with the fam so was laid back but could be a perfect spot for a festive event.

Rented through Dunes property management Ammenities were worn and needed replacing1) Primary refrigerator was broken and replaced with a unit with broken door shelves. Ice was promised but never delivered.2) 2 burners on gas stove not working, maintenance corrected, but using stove set off fire alarm on several occasions - no food was burned3) Grill is in miserable state, with broken / missing knobs and was frankly disgusting. A party member spent 2 hours cleaning it4) Twin mattress was stained 5) Floors in need of deep cleaning, walking on floors left residue on bare feet6) Poorly installed window air conditioner in bedroom allowed air and rain through. Removed by maintenance.7) King mattress in downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced Positive, the views from the top deck are fantastic, and access to the beach is good
