We enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy and accommodated my family of 10 well. Also, a good location and well stocked.

Lovely views out to the golf course. Great kitchen with everything we needed! Nice open plan and a great big table to fit us all.Perfect for a family group.

Very well stocked!

We loved the location of this home right on the Pinetop Lakes Country Club golf course; it was a lovely spot to sit in the evening and watch the golfers play. The kitchen was also large, functional, and well-equipped with adequate supplies for cooking meals. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. With daytime temperatures in the high 80s and low 90s, the lack of central air conditioning made the house very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping, even with the windows open. The back patio also lacks a cover, meaning the furniture, porch, and guests constantly got dripped on by pine tree sap. Additionally, the downstairs beds are old with large foam toppers, making them far too soft and uncomfortable.Upon arrival, we noticed a broken window, and the garbage disposal stopped working during our stay (both of which we reported to the host). Overall, the property feels dated and could really use some updates, including remodeling, new furniture, and refreshed bathrooms.
