It was a great location near the Volcano. Everything was available and working. Only challenge we had was that since it was raining the parking area was muddy and the internet was spotty.

May not be a fair rating but this is based on my unique experience at the cottage when it was hit by Kona storm. I had no water, power and internet for the stay of two nights at the cottage. Although the condition was out of the control by the owner, later I knew from other people in the town that they were told one or two weeks in advance of the potential outages due to storm. Would appreciate more if I was told of the potential outages in advance.
