The condo was really nice, although it was a bit hard to find at first! There was plenty of room in the bedrooms and the beds were soft/comfortable. I would say that it comfortably sleeps 6 (2 in the master bedroom, and 4 in the other bedroom, 2 to a bed) but the 7th and 8th are a tight squeeze as they will just be on the pullout couch which is in the living/dining area. We really enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings, and the kitchen area was nicely organized. There's a snack bar/counter for eating and a little table in the living room - the space is a bit compact, but it has everything you need. It's part of the Boyne Mountain resort complex and thus gives easy access to things like the Boyne Skybridge and a nearby water park, and downtown Boyne City is very charming.
