From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautiful place to stay

The unit was clean and neat however the room for the kids is close to the front door I don't think this is safe when we having toddlers with us.
Further more kitchen ware was old scratch, the microwave had issues turning on and off.
Responsable management brought boiling pots unfortunately they were too small for a family of 6.

First off, the place was spacious with good views. It’s quite a walk to the beach. When we first got there (a few min after check in starts) I get a knock on my door. Thinking it’s my husband, I open and it’s a stranger. From RealJoy. Asking if I need anything, and how is everything. Idk, I just got here. But I am now terrified because some stranger I didn’t know was coming came to knock on my door. He was nice. He had a work shirt on, but you should have told me someone was coming. (I don’t blame him.) I found a pill on the floor of my kids room. Luckily, my kids are old enough to know better. It could be a lot cleaner. Mirrors, floors, etc. for what I paid, I expected a lot more cleanliness. They don’t communicate quickly before the trip. They did better during our stay. Our whole building lost water for a few hours and I had to inform RealJoy. The water shut off thing is annoying. I get the purpose. We had a toilet that kept running and the water shut off overnight. Had to call to get I it turned on. (they offered to come fix promptly but we declined as our stay was short.) Would I stay again? If they didn’t use a large mgmt company. No major check out rules was nice as well.
