We had a fantastic time here. After days walking in busy Rome, it was an excellent retreat with quiet beautifull nature (even saw 2 otters), a hammock and sitting in the garden, looking at the lake. Our kids absolutely loved the waterbike and used the surfboard to swim/play on the lake. Our kids also loved the outside BBQ.The hosts were very friendly and communication was quick and good. We would definitaly stay again if we were in the neighbourhood of Rome.

Overall very nice stay. Relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Everything we were looking for.

This year’s vacation didn’t start in the best way, the first 2 days were terrible until I reach out to Pierpaolo and Patrizia! I had booked this house for my second week of vacation with my kids. I was not only able to check-in almost 1 weeks earlier, I was also welcomed like I would be a family member you meet once a year. It was amazing. The host is extremely kind and available to any question and we’re always able to help and make sure our vacation is not impacted by any stress. You will find a clean and suggestive house. The place is ideal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). If you are looking for a place where to relax with your family, near to Rome and to the great north Lazio Region this is a great solution.
