Watercrest Condominum has recently been completely renovated. Every window has been replaced, concrete and stucco repaired, new paint and resurfaced walkways and balconies. It is the newest and brightest complex on the beach. We as owners along with our HOA have spent 4.3 million dollars on this renovation. Our unit has been recently renovated. Reserved beach chairs/umbrella included in price!!! We're located on the quiet family end of the beach. However, restaurants and shopping at the Marina or Pier Park are just minutes away. You will find this 740 sqft balcony amazing with and affords a perfect viewing spot for our spectacular sunsets! New stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances, custom cabinets and vanities, granite throughout, new walk in shower and bathrooms with brushed nickel Moen faucets, washer and dryer. Three Smart TV's. High speed WiFi. The view is spectacular from the 7th floor end unit 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sq feet with 740 square foot wrap around balcony. There is a king size bed in the master suite and two queens size beds in large second bedroom. There is also a queen Murphy bed so we sleep 8 very comfortably. Both full baths are remodeled. Come and Enjoy!
Sunsets are amazing and dolphins are seen daily. On site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, shuffleboard, Pickle Ball courts, Bocci Ball Court, and indoor racquetball court. 2 reserved beach chairs are included!!!!! No long waits for the elevators, higher floors have dedicated elevators. You will absolutely not be disappointed with your stay. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ball courts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool, indoor racket ball court and exercise room.
Attraction Information:
There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing or tubing or pick a dive boat or select to go on a snorkeling expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, spend some time in an arcade or go shopping or site seeing. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Any golf enthusiast will be elated to spend the day at one of several beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo. Had a much needed vacation at this beautiful place, the view, accommodations, it was amazing

The listing says the building construction was completed and that was the farthest from accurate. Banging from the scaffolding woke you up every morning and went on all day. Random men on the balcony with no warning while my kid was lying in bed, which spooked her multiple times. The cleaning lady said construction has been going on forever, so it should be listed in the listing. Half the parking lot is blocked off so parking is horrible and if you are back late, you won't find a spot. Part of the balcony was blocked off by a black sheet due to construction as well. workers trying to cover your car with no warning w plastic and tape stuck to your paint and only half covered. I did not contact the host bc there was nothing they could do as they cant stop the construction. If you are looking for quiet, avoid till construction is really over. We will stay again bc the condo itself was great and very clean. The cleaning lady is knocking at 959, so don't drag your feet getting out. The balcony is huge, but the neighbors sitting on their couch will be looking at you from their window. Beach chairs were so simple, and once they have your name, the chairs have your name for your stay each morning. Beds are kind of stiff, and frames on all beds squeak every move you make, but AGAIN the condo and stay are great, only main issue was the construction.

HANG your parking pass or security (who really likes to watch their phone) will get you with a tow warning. This unit was great and Chase went over and beyond to help us NOT get towed because of poor planning of the property's board president who failed to put no parking signs up or block off spaces. Then we leave and find a warning placed on our windshield. OUR PARKING PASS WAS ON THE DASH! They just chose to only look at the mirror and not actually for the pass. We have never had an
