A Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.
This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit and resort.
Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

We got a last minute deal because someone else cancelled. I have stayed at Emerald Isle at full price so I realize the value. The condo was perfectly located on the 8th floor. The balcony is always my favorite. The kitchen could use some new eating utensils and knives but dishes and cookware were plentiful. My husband and I weren’t fans of the mattress in the master bedroom but that’s probably personal preference. I would definitely book the same condo again!

This unit was very clean and the decor was really beach oriented. The owner definitely needs to paint the outside door, put an inside security latch of some kind but most importantly, the mattresses on the back room need replacing immediately as they are so soft and not supportive at all. Had the best balcony for any unit we’ve ever stayed and a perfect view of the sunset.

Very nice view, clean pool area and easy beach access. Not a far walk to the beach and on a quiter end of PCB.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

As the title says, the condo was nice and in a good location. I feel this end(west) of Panama Beach is a tad bit less crowded and easier to get around in. The problem lies with ECDI the mgmt company. The living room TV and the dishwasher was not working. I called ECDI the second day and requested a service tech and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! We also requested a broom but never got that either. No matter how hard you try to get all the sand off of you, it builds up quickly on the floor and needs to be swept almost every day! There is NO excuse for not getting a service tech out either on the same day or at the very least the next day! If you don't have the personel, then you need to hire more!!
