Walking past the teardrop shaped large private pool you enter the villa via the conservatory doors into the light, bright, airy dining room with an open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern equipment and utilities.

There are three good sized bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms with two single beds in each, both sharing a guest bathroom which has underfloor heating. Then you have the master bedroom with a large En-suite bathroom also with underfloor heating.

The lovely Villa Caspio is surrounded by good sized terraces around the large private pool, with Mediterranean gardens, and a gazebo shaded with grape vines as you sit at the outdoor dining table set for 6 people to enjoy eating al fresco, and relaxing with a chilled drink. You also have a gas BBQ set beside the dining table. Relax, eat, drink and enjoy.

There is free Wifi internet. A smart TV. Hot and Cold air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the lounge, which keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, making this lovely villa ideal for your Spring, Summer or Winter holiday.
