The place was super cute and authentic. Lovely walkway leading from the ample parking to the rental. The kitchen amenities were better than most. The only issue was the electrical system which seemed to have ghosts and needs to be upgraded. If you turned on a light another would go off. Using the toaster would turn off the stove. The breaker for the one mini split kept tripping so we had to flip the breaker off and wait before it would work again. You can work around all this bit just wanted to mention it.

Door light was out. Toilet seat needs replacement. Otherwise in good condition. Also short of Kleenex. Nice comfortable place and a great location.

We have a few recommendations for the owner:1. Waste baskets are too small.2. Pillows on the LR couch are dusty and need cleaning.3. Skylight in BA needs cleaning/repair possibly.

Great location, beautifully landscaped gardens. Will definitely consider for our next stay in Santa Fe.
