2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

The views were lovely and the condo was well stocked. Great location, however we will not be renting this unit again. The beds are like sleeping on 2x4’s. Everyone was complaining about their backs hurting and feeling exhausted from poor sleep. My husband actually got up and drove home( 45 min away) to get some sleep. You go on vacation to rest and bringing home exhaustion and severe back pain is not the memory you want. If they update their mattresses it would have been a 5 star. I would recommend they invest in a new bathroom vanity as well. The kid height was a little awkward for adults to brush teeth and use the sink. It dates the condo a bit.
