Welcome to Kokomo Joe's! Pet friendly & beautiful nature views! This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse can accommodate 10. This unit is decorated beautifully. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage & private balcony with great views. Traveling with young children? This unit comes equipped with baby gates & a pack-n-play. You're just a short walk to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf. Snowbirds welcome! Contact the host for monthly rates.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key and Soldiers Creek Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with sofas & chairs, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The living room has a 65” TCL Roku smart TV. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances & all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! (this unit has both a drip coffee maker & Nespresso machine). The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience.
Your rental includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club - only 1/2 mile away. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms and showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks and beverages. Complimentary shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort.
When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to for the night. The master bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The master bedroom suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a walk-in shower. There is also a 50” TCL Roku smart TV to catch a late-night movie.
The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding & a queen size bed, it also has a 50” TCL Roku smart TV. The 3rd guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (guard rails included). Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo.
We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.

We enjoyed our stay at Kokomo Joe’s! Family of 6 and plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and no issues with any of the amenities. Though not needed, the extras for young kids was a thoughtful touch (pack n play, baby gates). We definitely used the beach wagon and boogie boards and the garage was also a nice addition! If I had one suggestion, it would be curtains in the bedrooms. The sun rises early at the beach! We usually prefer to stay on the beach, but the shuttle was pretty efficient and easy to use. It’s really the best way to access the beach since it’s a 15 min walk and across the highway. Not too crowded, though I can imagine it might be during peak summer season. Same with the beach club pool and bigger pool. We didn’t realize there was a pool further back in the complex until the second day. Went there once and it wasn’t crowded. Kids loved it! We used the beach club pool more often as it was really nice to have access to a pool right on the beach for those who preferred it over the sand. The bar and restaurant were also nice to have right on the beach and the food and drinks were good!We had a great time and would stay again! Thanks to the hosts for excellent accommodations!

It's a very nice property and the neighborhood reminded me of "Stepford" if you get the reference. Almost like too perfect. There are quite a few rules to pay attention to if you don't want to get fined...which is mostly understandable. My kids and their small dog stayed with us for a week and they loved it.The weather was warm most of the time so the pools (the one at the clubhouse across the street and the one on the Lost Key property) were often crowded with no chairs available which, obviously, is a disappointment but not entirely unexpected. The locale for both pools is nice.It's about a half mile walk to the beach but there is a shuttle if you don't wish to walk. I walked.There is a nice Publix store about two miles away. And there are plenty of nice restaurants within, say, 10 miles.It's a nice place if you like to be close to family because the main floor is basically one big room with kitchen, dining and living room all in one "open concept" setting. Other than that, you go to your bedroom for quiet and privacy. There is golf and tennis nearby which is nice if you're into those things...we aren't.We thought it was really nice that there were a bunch of "amenities" such as a gas grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, bicycles, a corn hole game and probably other stuff I'm not remembering. We didn't use those things but nice they were available.I was grateful that the host allowed us a late checkout for a reasonable fee.

Highly recommend Kokomo Joe’s! This is our 2nd time staying and we couldn’t have been more happy with the accommodations and hosts. Highly recommend and we’ll be back for our annual fall break trip next year. Thank you, Patty!!
