Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation this year. The condo was clean and sparsely supplied with everything we needed. A little disappointed that the pool was not heated. we also used the recreation room for our Christmas luncheon and it worked out very good. The living room furniture is wearing out and very uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise our stay was very nice.

Fantastic residence! We had a great view of the ocean, lots of places to eat nearby, property was clean, and whole process was smooth!

The pool had duck poop in the bottom of it and the spa was green, had lots of bugs, and sand in it.

I was very displeased to see crumbs on the floor, dirty towels unwashed, beds with dirty sheets and unmade, and the trashes weren’t dumped. I was happy about how fast the clean crew was able to come and clean. However, the screen door downstairs had lots of holes in it and the vacuum cleaner smelled awful like someone had puked in it, cause it had liquid in it from the previous tenant.
