This authentic village house with a swimming pool in the small village of Zoza, offering magnificent views of the village and the mountains, will enchant you!

Casa Arena was completely renovated in 2022/23, has a floor area of 110 m², and spans two levels.
— the first floor is accessible via the road leading to the house’s main entrance. This level consists of a spacious entry hall with an office area and a library area, as well as a bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, the village, and the mountains, sleeping 3 people with a 140-cm-wide bunk bed (90 cm top bunk and 140 cm bottom bunk). There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a toilet, and a beautiful terrace.
- The first floor features a traditional kitchen that opens onto the dining room and the living room with its authentic historic fireplace.

The first floor opens onto a magnificent terrace with a swimming pool and views of the village and the mountains, as well as a covered summer kitchen with a living and dining area.
