of this resort town’s center, you can easily reach downtown if you wish, as
it’s located on a bus route or just a 5-minute drive away. It’s also conveniently
located near the supermarkets, bars, and restaurants at Faro Park. The property itself is
located on a quiet side street, within a gated community with private parking.
Upon arriving at the property and opening the sliding gate, you enter the house through a spacious
garage that leads to two possible entrances. The first door gives you direct access to the
terrace and pool area. The second is the villa’s main entrance.
The sunny terrace and pool area is a modern and inviting space, complete
with a large in-ground pool, a spacious sunbathing area, a swing, an outdoor shower
, and a barbecue area with outdoor dining and seating. It’s the perfect place to spend your days
relaxing with your favorite drink in hand.
As you enter the property through the main entrance, you’ll immediately find yourself in the
living-dining room and kitchen. Here you’ll find another dining table and a spacious kitchen with a
breakfast bar and all the appliances you could need. As you leave the living room, there’s a
staircase leading to the upper floor, but the lower level is complete with the
living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a sunroom.
The living room is a comfortable and relaxing space, decorated with whimsical wall art
and modern furniture. It features a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, an accompanying armchair
