Located just minutes away from Quarry Lane, 3 Sisters, and Policeman's Creek Boardwalk and a 10-minute drive away from Banff, this is the ideal home base for all your outdoor adventures.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable and inviting space that's perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The unit is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee machine, a cozy living area, and a comfortable bed. But what really sets this property apart is the on-site gym, restaurants, and 2 hot tubs. Whether you're looking to stay active or just want to unwind and relax, you'll find everything you need right here.
The highlight of this property is the breathtaking scenic view from our balcony. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony or relaxing in the hot tub, you'll be treated to an incredible view that will stay with you long after your stay is over.

● Check in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee.
● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 99$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
●We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

A pleasant stay, needs some upgrades, Canmore is great

The property is nice, location is good, there was just a few hiccups.. only one hot tub instead of the 2 advertised which was always busy, restaurant and lounge on site was closed for some unknown reason and was part of the reason why we stayed at this place.
The bed in the suite was very comfortable but situated too close to the wall.. we both jammed our toes pretty hard a few times until we put a pillow around the leg to help avoid it.
Overall a nice place.

We had a great time. Easy walking to town. Kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was very clean. Private BBQ was very convenient. Hot tubbed every night. Ski. Hike. Live music and shopping. Price point was excellent.

We had an overall good stay. It is convenient because downtown Canmore is super close. There is outdoor parking as well as indoor via garage. It was clean, the bathroom was big! An important takeaway is that this is not a 1 bedroom space. It is a studio. We also were disappointed and stressed to find out last minute that there was an iron, but it was poor quality and did more damage to clothes than good. The ironing board is tiny as if it was made for children. Some of the cookware were broken. The hallways are extremely dim, though I know that’s out of the owner’s hands. Window/door to the balcony is nice and big, but tall. The curtains are pull-down, so it would have been nice to have a tool for vertically challenged people.This place is a good home base if you were planning to go to Banff National Park and be out all day, since it is only a 20 minute drive. I would say it’s a good place to stay, but not great.
