Fully 2 spacious cozy living rooms, fully loaded gameroom with arcade games( only 1 racing game, even though 2 pictures), pool table, foosball, and more. But, wait, it gets better, true Movie Theatre with custom reclining seating, popcorn machine and more!
Outside oasis awaits with tons of space to enjoy, and bask under the stars in the brand new hot tub, Play in the yard!
Located in beautiful Towamensing Trails, a lake community with beach, pool, playground and private community lakeside restaurant. 8 passes are provided with each rental.
Looking for adventures outside of the home, you are lucky enough to be just minutes from Hickory run State park, Hickory Run lake/beach, H20 indoor water park, gameland and state land hiking, 2 golf courses, mini golf, movie theater, jack frost and big boulder ski,a long list of local dining, ice cream shop, arcades, and so much more.
Will to take a short day trip, just 15-25 minutes away : camelbeach, camelback, mount airy casino, Mohegan sun casino, white water rafting, more indoor water parks, candle factories, candy factories, crossings premium outlets to mention just a few!

They offer add on services such as towels, grocery delivery service, trash pick up, boat rentals, private chef, mobile massage, baby gear rental, beach gear rentals. House is in need of a deep cleaning and furniture broken. The bed actually broke in the middle of the night with our 4 and 16 year old daughters on it. All they did was roll over. House is not maintained. There was no hot tub maintenance information shared or supplies given. The living room tv didn’t work. Basketballs deflates. The upkeep needs to maintained better. I could go on…I did stay here at this exact place in March of 2023 so I do know exactly what to compare to from a few years back.

I give this place 5 stars! The location is amazing and the arcade was really fun for the kids. The hot tub and theater were definitely our favorite parts. On our way back from throwing out the trash, we happened to see a small bear. We stopped for just a few minutes to look at it more closely (the kids stayed safely in the car), but a lady nearby started yelling at us, telling us not to bother the bear. Our intention was only to watch it briefly, nothing else.What worried me was that afterward, when we left the place, we noticed the same lady following us until she saw where we were staying. That made me feel a little uncomfortable since we don’t know anyone in the area. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing time exactly what we thought it would be. The movie room and arcade was amazing. The location is great. Would definitely go back. Also the service with the owner was fantastic

The house is very nice. Unfortunately we never received any paperwork when we check in like we were suppose to. We never received a trash pass and the office wouldn’t let the renters pick it up. So we couldn’t get rid of any trash for the week we were there. Also, didn’t receive any wristbands for our stay. Other than the mishap with the trash. Also be sure to read the bed sizes and only get the sheets you have to have they’re very expensive and even if they are not opened they have to rewash them so you get No money back if you don’t use them all. So if you get sheets and towels add 230.00 to your total if you stay 5 nights as we did.
