Superb top-of-the-range T2, brand new (completed in 2020), very well located in the resort "LA PLAGNE- LES COCHES" at the foot of the slopes of the Paradiski ski area with a magnificent Mont Blanc view.
We rent our brand new T2 for 4 people (30m2), ski-in ski-out, located in the centre of the LA PLAGNE-PARADISKI ski area (Les Arcs area + La Plagne area = 3rd largest ski area in the world), offering 425kms of skiable runs.
Our flat is right in front of the slopes (Petit Sauget ski lift) and the Piou-Piou children's club, as well as very close to the Lac Noir and Télébufette cable cars (free of charge, allowing you to reach the centre of the resort until 5.30pm).
The exceptional location of the flat means that you can park your car on arrival (private car park at the bottom of the chalet) and leave it behind. You can do your shopping on foot (6min) or by taking the Télébufette cable car (200m from the chalet).
You can access the resort of Les ARCS by the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking the Lac Noir cable car located 50m from the chalet).

A lovely little apartment perfect for a couple. Close to the Lac Noir telecabin, with great views is the mountains from the balcony. A short walk into the centre, although Les Coches is very small (fine for us as we are past the Apres ski stage!)
Only a couple of improvement suggestions - the wifi is very poor and only works through the TV for Netflix. The pillows are memory foam and not to our taste, but this may be only personal preference.
Overall a great place to stay to be close to the ski area of La Plagne.
