Pennay's is in the perfect spot near the river and hiking/biking paths. It's an easy walk into town yet the property feels private and exclusive. The Pennay's team is warm and friendly and the unit was exactly as advertised.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here - a ski-in and ski-out little gem. We come with several families each renting our own condo. There is something sweet about Penneys, a simpler time, a bit old fashioned, a little bit of old Sun Valley.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is definitely the best location and the closest to "ski in/ski out" you can get at Sun Valley. It's a very short walk/ski to the gondola base and there's a lovely walking/bike path just above the property that we took our dog on every day. Being a dog friendly place was a huge bonus for us. The condo itself was fine overall - nice to have a full kitchen and the large fireplace was lovely. The bed was old and uncomfortable, but could be easily improved with a mattress topper from Costco. It was nice to have towels refreshed after two days and garbage service. The hot tub was large and we had it to ourselves each time we used it. The temp could be increased, especially since it's outside and people get snow in it. Overall, we were comfortable and the convenience of location and having our dog made it a great stay!
