~ CONSTRUCTION NOTICE!! Beginning Sept 28, 2026, construction on the property will begin to replace handrails on balconies and breezeways. This work will not be in Building A where our condo is located, but it will be in Building B. Work will be only Mon-Friday and NOT the weekends. There could be construction noise around related to this work. Note that both POOLS will be OPEN during this time.
~Rental price for weekdays reflects a discount for the construction inconvenience!!

~1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom (King-size bed in the bedroom and trundle bed in living room for extra accommodations)

~Washer/dryer in the unit
~Easy walk to the Ritz-Carlton-Amelia Island
~Short drive to the historic downtown district
~Two adjustable/three regular beach chairs and large beach umbrella available for use
~Toddler pack-and-play in the unit that is great for taking to the beach
~Boogie board, tennis rackets/balls
~Bluetooth speaker and other fun beach toys

The view is outstanding, the unit was just as described. This getaway, while on business was just what we needed. We did have time to walk the beach, a stones throw from the back patio! The pool was a bit chilly but quite refreshing!
