Lovely spacious, clean 2 bed apartment.
Balcony looks out over the beach (1min walk) shingle, very peaceful . Nota very friendly and helpful.
Local taverna 2 mins walk and around 5 - 10 mins walk you can be in the old harbour and main sandy beach, very shallow perfect for kids, with several more restaurants, tavernas and snack bars. Also plenty of local supermarkets/ tourist shops. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

As a family of six we managed to fit nicely into this apartment, even accommodating some friends for meals and socializing. Proximity to the beach was ideal for exciteable small boys and lazy teenagers! An ideal base to explore the South East coastline and surrounding hill villages and for gorge walking. Very handy stretch of beach around the corner with restaurants serving very nice food. Thanks Nota for letting us experience Makrigialos at Easter!

"We enjoyed our stay in Crete. The house is on the southcost, very close to the sea which you can hear in the bedroom. The place was very relaxing, very friendly and cooperative house-owners, Even though it was in december, the sun was shining and the temperatures agreable (20 C.)."
