The property is situated a short drive from the 59th St boat ramp, bridge fishing is available just a half block from the house! Located in a prime location in Bradenton you are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

When arriving at the property you will notice the well-maintained landscaping that gives off visions of summer year-round. With a paved driveway and gravel driveway there is plenty of room to park.

Walking in you will be amazed by the fully renovated appearance of the home and greeted by a living room with plenty of seating and a smart TV to watch all your favorite shows and movies. To the left of this room, you will find the kitchen and dining rooms. In this kitchen, you can find all of the utensils and appliances that you would need to cook your favorite meals including all new stainless steel appliances. In the dining room you can enjoy your meals at a table which fits 6 people.

When heading outside you will step right onto the pool deck which is complemented by plenty of seating under a covered patio with a 75 in Smart TV, grill, cozy fire pit with seating, lounging options to get your perfect tan, and a putting green to practice your short game or work on being the putt-putt master of the vacation.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
