The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this charming, fully equipped apartment located in the heart of the neighborhood in the lively Les Halles district. Positioned on the 1st floor (no elevator), with an area of 36 m², Arlequin can accommodate up to 4 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Ideal for a couple, a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 4 people, you will particularly appreciate its location, its comfort and its calm.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- Equipped and open kitchen with dining area: oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.
- Beautiful bright living room with double sofa bed and TV
- Bathroom: Equipped with an Italian shower, a sink, a washing machine and a
towel dryer
- 1 Bedroom with double bed (140×190)

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park all along Rue de la Parcheminerie, however, there is a charge for this street.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: The République metro stop (line A) is 230m away (3 min walk) you will also find all the bus lines there.
- Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.2km (17 min on foot) and 1.3km (6 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 6.7 km (17 min by car), Nantes airport 114 km (1h25 by car).
Other remarks:
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.

Arlequin This apartment was perfect for a month-long stay. The location was perfection, with both the metro and bus stops being only several minutes away by foot. The apartment was also close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else that may spark your interest! The organization was also wonderful. My introduction covered all of the information that I needed for my stay and any questions I had were quickly answered. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated when I arrived and plenty of supplies for cleaning as well as tea and coffee were also available upon arrival. I would absolutely stay again!
