Enjoy this newly transformed one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford.
We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour.
This cottage has 3 rooms: a bedroom, dinning/kitchen area, and bathroom/closet. The bedroom has a full size bed with a smart tv that you can use with the wifi. We have a full size air mattress that is available upon request. Feel free to enjoy the beauty and sounds of nature from the front porch. There is not an oven or stove but we have provided a hot plate, microwave, toaster, Ninja Foodi, crockpot and keurig; in addition, you may bring a grill. We will also supply farm fresh eggs for you to enjoy.
We also have laundry services available for additional costs.
Guests may walk the farm and look at the animals but please be aware of the white string electric fence on the inner side. We asked that you do not enter any fields or barns for your own safety.
We do live in other houses on the farm and offer contactless check-in and out; however, if there are any questions or necessities needed, we are glad to stop by. Feel free to ask for suggestions on local entertainment, food, and activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. The farm animals were entertaining. I would definitely book this cottage again. Thank you.

The drive to the property was back, curvy roads. Plan your time accordingly. Once you arrive, you will find that iit is well worth the drive. The cottage is perfect. Clean and well stocked There is no oven, but all the countertop appliances makes up for it. I did wish there was a notebook with appliance instructions.
Farm friendly animals from turkeys to cats. Food provided for feeding if you choose.
Lovely porch to sit on for morning and evening leisure.
Fabulous amenities from personal care to snacks and staples. Farm fresh eggs with an offer to replenish.
There is a notebook with some sightseeing and eating suggestions. Both refer you to Facebook to search. Would like to have had some nearby shopping ideas to pick up groceries.
Totally enjoyed our time at the cottage. A great getaway with plenty to do within a couple hours.

Every thing was in order. Hosts thought of everything i might need. Great view, quiet, peaceful, and friendly animals were great. I have been underwhelmed and disappointed in the past but not this time. The best value for money ever!
