Air-conditioned apartment between Cadaqués and Collioure with a sea view from the living areas and the large 25 m² terrace.
23 m² living room/kitchen, 10 m² bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet. Dishwasher and washing machine. Secure parking. Wi-Fi. The rental includes sheets and dish towels (please bring your own bath towels).
Griddle available. CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES USING THE OUTDOOR OUTLET IS PROHIBITED (charging stations for this purpose are available in the village).
The Accommodation
The sea is visible from the living room-kitchen, the bedroom, and the terrace. The large sliding-glass door in the living room opens onto a spacious 25 m² terrace. An outdoor lounge sofa awaits you. Round in shape, it rotates (manually) to follow the sun’s path while you admire the sea. Below the apartment, there is a terraced garden that extends toward the Mediterranean Sea. You’ll also find an outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy lunch while taking in the view and savoring life!
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including a private 25 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Our guests have access to a parking space. We lend out sea kayaks with equipment (please bring shoes and a short wetsuit depending on the season). Internet + TV + stereo system with USB and MP3 ports. CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED. We offer a €25 cleaning fee if you do not clean the apartment yourself.
Additional notes
The apartment is for a maximum of two adults. If you book for two and plan to come as a group of three, your reservation will be automatically canceled. We’ve had too many instances of this policy being abused. Thank you for your understanding.
Cleaning fees include:
- Provision of bed linens (+ bed made upon arrival)
- Disinfection of all contact points (door handles, remote controls, etc.)
- Cleaning and disinfection of bathroom fixtures (toilet, sink, shower)
- Dusting
- Floor cleaning (mopping)
- Kitchen cleaning (stovetop, sink, refrigerator, microwave)
- Regular window cleaning
That is why, when you check out, we ask that you, at a minimum, leave the restroom clean, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down the tables and countertops, vacuum, and take out the trash.
