There is a small elementary school and family-run businesses nearby. However, the main attraction is the town of Fredericksburg that is approx. 15 drive to downtown.
Getting Around:
Guests will need a car to get around the surrounding attractions, such as trails, wineries, historical landmarks and Fredericksburg. Parking is free and available.
Other Things to Note:
If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

My family and I had the best stay. It was wonderful that we could all spend the day together and then go back and everyone goes to their own space. We will absolutely be coming back!! if it’s available, you should absolutely book this place

Great value for your money in comparison to other properties. Very convenient set up for families and friends who want privacy and separate spaces. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Great communication with the property manager - very responsive. Overall comfortable. We enjoyed it but we were a little uncomfortable with the beds (mattresses) and sofa beds. There can also be a little bit better maintenance of the outdoor areas so they can be more enjoyable. Otherwise, well maintained and cozy.

The place was ideal for being near the places we wanted to visit. The property mgr was very quick in responding to our questions. Everything was very nice and perfect for our family get-together. Highly recommend.

Loved the multiple areas to sleep and to hangout outside. Very well managed and just adorable decor. Excellent area to see All the fun surrounding towns and visit LBJ Ranch. Wildlife is everywhere. Just a great place to stay.
