Used this property for 5 people for 3 nights and had a very positive experience. Excellent location, clean, good communication from host and easy check in process all at a reasonable price too. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Great location, fantastic space and perfect for our girls trip!

Fantastic location, great apartment inside and out, lovely host!

We had a great stay here in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and both of the nearby ocean beaches. It made getting around incredibly easy and gave us tons of options for food and fun.The place itself fit the four of us comfortably, giving us a solid home base after long days outside. We didn’t end up using the pool since there was an extra charge for chairs and cushions, but the beaches were so close and so beautiful that we spent our time there instead. The only challenge was parking — it could be tough to find a spot, especially during busy times — but once we were settled, everything we needed was within walking distance.Overall, it was a convenient, comfortable stay in a lively area, and it worked perfectly for our trip.
