The kitchen with its large 900mm oven and gas cooktop, will entice even the amateur chef to cook up a feast to be enjoyed by all, around the large tastefully restored dining table. There are 2 additional lounge areas, one with a large modular couch and big screen TV, the other more suited to a quiet reading area or kid's playroom. for your comfort the property has central heating and evaporative cooling.

The remaining two bedrooms have 2 sets of single bunks sleeping 4 in each room, they are bright, funky and serviced by the main bathroom which includes a spa bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry is fully functional with a washing machine and dryer.

The private fully fenced yard with BBQ can be enjoyed with ball games, sunbathing or sitting under the shade sail.
