➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule. In the event of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without the possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.
➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.
➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they will need to be added as "children."
Arrival Day and Supplements :
Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 30 euros supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: 50 euros supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day : Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, we were welcomed by Mickael, excellent communication, comfortable beds, quiet, large bathrooms, great location with excellent dining, 2 minute walk to the metro, grocery, and pharmacy. As we were warned, there were women soliciting ALL day. We never felt unsafe, plenty of tourists and shops all around. We unfortunately traveled during a major heatwave and didn’t pay attention that the apartment had no AC. The host provided multiple fans but it was quite warm all day and night. But, all in all, our family had an excellent stay.

It was a great space. Well designed, clean and centrally located. Dealing with Yohann was easy. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities of home.Beds were very comfortable.The location was central with easy access to bakeries and food markets. The only thing was it didn't feel quite safe at night, specially coming home on the subway.Other than that, it was perfect!

The interior is very clean, comfortable, good beds and linens. The neighborhood felt safe. The check in process was so easy, and they even allowed us to check in several hours early which was a huge help to not have to drag our luggage around. Coffee, sugar, and laundry soap provided.
My biggest complaint was the noise. There are several businesses outside the property that played loud music and partied till after midnight the whole week we were there. The other problem was the people in the apartment above us sounded like they were hammering and moving furniture around all night, and I mean ALL night. As a result the four of us were exhausted the entire trip from joy sleeping. A bit disappointing…
While the property owner was exceptional and the apartment was very nice, I would not ever stay there again.
