Your reservation includes access to the Champion's Gate Clubhouse and all its amenities. Enjoy the water park (lazy river & water slide), fitness center, theater room, game room, kids area, tiki bar, sand volleyball court, and 36-hole championship golf course.
At Elevated Stays, we genuinely strive to create a unique experience for our guests. That comes with dedicated hospitality from a local crew who settles for nothing less than an unforgettable trip. We do not charge fees for any parking or resort passes. If you wish to use the onsite BBQ grill we charge $40 (plus tax) to use throughout your stay, this covers gas and cleaning of the grill. The booking includes access and use of the pool and spa facilities. Heating for both pool and spa is optional and should be added to the reservation 2 days before arrival. The fee is $40 per day plus tax and should be availed for the whole duration of the stay. Please note that the effectiveness of the heating is limited when the temperature is 50°F and below.
Our property is consistently booked with back-to-back reservations, leaving us little flexibility to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaning staff requires ample time to prepare the property for the next guest. We kindly request that you do not expect early check-ins or late check-outs. While we understand that certain circumstances may require adjustments, we can only confirm a late check-out or early check-in 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival/departure if available and a rate of $40 per hour will apply. In the event that the guest has not arranged a late checkout and they have not departed the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee as follows: 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000.
Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.
-Once booked, you must send the property management company all guest names who are staying at the property age 18+, so they can be added to the community gate for access into the community.

We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay, although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (5) dishwashing pods, (5) laundry pods, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (1) cleaning spray, (5) trash bags, hand soap, dawn dish soap, coffee/creamer/sugar, vegetable oil/salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.

Property was great for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. We checked in on a Monday. Pool guy came on Tuesday and serviced the pool. Paying for the heat for pool and hottub definitely worth it in April. Home was very clean. Small issues to mention to the property manager :Perhaps a bigger container for the trash outside. We would put trash out just before 7 am and by 8 it was hit by raccoons. We were cleaning up our trash on multiple mornings. Pool sticks had no tips on them.Kitchen was very user friendly and we were able to enjoy family meals comfortably. We akso enjoyed the theater room. Unfortunately we didnt figure out the sound system but were able to still enjoy some of our favorite shows and the Masters golf tournament on the big screen.Cleaning staff arrives right at checkout but were very friendly and professional as we were leaving.House had plenty of bathroom towels and they did provide body wash and shampoo in the showers.We all agreed that we would book again with no hesitation. We paid the fee to use the grill. When we went to use it there was a bicycle lock on it. We called the number provided and a gentleman got us the combination to unlock it. Entire process from noticing the lock to having it open was 5 minutes. Called around 6 pm. We spent our days doing Universal and added some golf. Coming back to this house was very comfortable after long days.I hope this is helpful to someone as well as the property owners.Thank you,

This property is amazing. It is very spacious and was very clean. We didn’t have any issues with the pool heat or using the grill. The only suggestion I have for the property is to upgrade the amenities inside. The pool table is loose and the shuffleboard table has YEARS of wear and has a bunch of scratches and chips. It’s almost too bad to use. Doesn’t make sense to not replace the old when the rate is close to 3k a week. Other than that, good house.

The area where the house was great with two community pools with slides and such. The house was very worn down. Holes in the comforters in the kids rooms from other guests smoking, carpet upstairs were so worn it was almost sticky/wet feeling. We couldnt walk around without socks on. The pillows, comforters, towels, were terrible. We actually went to Marshalls and bought new ones for us to use and bring home. Cleaning company didnt do their jobs, found someones weave floating in the pools, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, many of the amenities in the house were broken, pool table looked like it was taped up, pools sticks were unusable, we paid more for the grill that was half broken, at the end of the day it was a very used rental property. From afar it looked good, then you went in and found all the chinks. Reached out to vrbo and they said thanks well look into it.
