The Red Door has been freshly renovated to provide a relaxing, comfortable and private space. A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Beautiful place to stay, very easy to travel around the area, locally and further west. Beth was very accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious and very filling. Thanks Beth, we will suggest your place to anyone we know who is travelling that way.

We didnt get the email with the door code. But we got a quick response when we rang the host.We felt there was not enough privacy between the house and the unit. There was a door with glass that wasn't sound proof, so we cpuld hear what was happening in the house.
