A comfortable 60-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor (no elevator) of a building just a 3-minute walk from the beach, in the most beautiful neighborhood of Livorno’s beachfront area, the apartment features a balcony and is spread over two levels (internal stairs). If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free on the surrounding streets. The center of Livorno is a 20-minute ride away by public transportation.
The interior layout is as follows:
LEVEL 1
-LIVING AREA: double bed, armchair, dining table, TV, and access to the balcony
-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and moka pot. There is a step.
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, handheld showerhead, and toilet
-BALCONY: furnished with a small table and outdoor chairs
2ND LEVEL (attic):
There is a walk-in closet and a laundry area with a bathroom (sink and laundry tub)
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, 2 fans, mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.
A crib and high chair are available.
If you’re traveling with small children, please be careful on the interior stairs—they’re quite steep.
PLEASE NOTE: The stove is NOT available for use.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
The apartment is located in Ardenza, one of the most beautiful areas along Livorno’s coastline. The property is just a 3-minute walk from the sea and is well-connected both to downtown Livorno—easily accessible by public transportation in about 20 minutes—and to the outlying coastal areas thanks to the LAM BLU bus stop, a 2-minute walk away. In 15 minutes, again via the BLU LAM line, you can also reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni and the Livorno Aquarium.
