The property was fantastic, in a good location, spacious, clean, and everything worked great. We would stay here again for sure.

The host, Taiji, is also a rideshare driver who took us to Kyoto and Awaji Island (Hyogo) for a flat rate for 8 hours and stays on standby with his van that fits 9 persons and plenty of luggage room. We used his services for 2 separate days while on our trip. He drives to wherever we asked and we tell him how much time we needed at each place. He offered to pick us up from Kansai Airport for a flat rate, which was how we learned that he can also drive us to various places. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and 7 luggage. There is an extra fee for going over 8 hours. Now for his home, it's 4 floors with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room on one floor, a family room and 2 bathrooms, although the bathrooms are small like the rest of Japan. Dining table for 4, small refrigerator, washer and dryer, tankless water heaters and wifi are helpful. AC in each room needs to be turned on and working for 30 minutes when you arrive. Compared to hotel rooms in Japan, this house is spacious.As for its location, the 7-Eleven and train station(Fuse Station) is about 5 minutes walk. The 7-Eleven has everything you need, food, water, beer, laundry detergent, and luggage delivery service. The train into Osaka downtown and Dontonbori is about 10 minutes and to Umeda about 15 minutes. There are bars and restaurants in and around the Fuse Station including Kintetsu Market, Crafts Beer, Bar Stax, and yakitori BBQ. FYI, Fuse Station is close to Nara(deer place). Great place and great time

We were 2 families of 4 and the house fit all of us and space for more. The home is older but it is very convenient to the subways. Bonus that there was a separate washer and dryer! The host was very attentive and dealt with everything we needed.

It only showed two floors on the listing floorplan, but was four floors total which was a surprise. There was a massage chair as listed, but it unfortunately cost 100 yen for every ten minutes. This was disappointing as I didn't see anywhere that the massage chair amenity would cost money and wasn't free to use with the rental. Overall it was clean and pleasant enough, just not exactly as listed which was a bit of a let down.
