We left a jacket as we left. We called the contact and they sent a photograph of the jacket. We have asked on several occasions for the jacket to be mailed to our address in South Carolina. We have offered and will honor to reimburse the postage cost. Everything has gone quiet. Can you help?

Cute bungalow in the desert! We stayed for 7 nights and it was a good size for 2 adults in 2 beds (roll out twin bed and queen bed).
