The full-size kitchen is updated has plenty of light and is opened so as not to feel closed in. All the amenities of home, including a dishwasher, microwave, and multiple small appliances. Wake up to the amazing view of the Gulf in your master bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a TV with cable in the master bedroom and the bathroom has a tub with shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full size beds and a TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds (no TV) and an extra door to the kitchen, easy to keep an eye on the kiddos as needed. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have plantation shutters window coverings, and the windows provide views of the Intracoastal Waterway just across the street. No need to over pack, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. There is even an additional coin laundry with multiple washers and dryers on the buildings 2nd floor for an option. The condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE long distance to US and Canada calling. The building amenities are nice too. There are both gas and charcoal grills on the grounds for your use. The restrooms for the pool area are located in the community room that has doors leading right out to the pool area. The beachside deck has new loungers and a large heated pool and hot tub.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
