Welcome to the Barke Residential Complex in Scharbeutz.

The Barke Residential Complex is located just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The quiet location, the spacious apartments, and—last but not least—the passenger elevator are the hallmarks of this vacation home.
You’ll find a modern building offering well-maintained amenities and spacious 2- to 3-room apartments. Good shopping options and numerous restaurants are located nearby, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Parking spaces and a bicycle storage room are, of course, available.
