The property looked just like the pictures. It was very spacious, we could walk to the beach, the house had ample necessities for cooking and serving.

We had a wonderful week in Rhode Island. Jamie was a big help (beginning with when I was trying to unsuccessfully use the code to get into the house next door). The house worked out super well for our family group of 5 adults, a 3-year-old, and a 10-month-old. The back yard was a great escape for a quiet time to read. We were within easy walking distance of downtown Middletown and the beach, and a quick drive from everywhere we wanted to go. The house was well-equipped, beds were super comfortable (important as we have a lot of bad sleepers), and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything fine and as advertised. Great stay for a family. Comfy, well appointed, fun!

Plenty of room for our friend group to hang out and catch up. The weather was beautiful so we decided to walk the cliff walk which is about a mile away.
