PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator, Ice Machine, Range & Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, blanket, and bedspread. We also provide soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
HOT TUB HEAT AVAILABLE (FEES APPLY)
Built In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. It must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival. Houses that offer a hot tub heat have an additional fee of $600 and must be requested to be added to the reservation. Please request to add on hot tub heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. The property was really great. Nice and new with lots of space. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub had some issues when we moved in but they took care of the issue promptly. It turns off after a few hours and you need to manually turn it back on on the panel which we were unaware of when we moved in. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there was a leak in one of the rooms during our stay which caused a few of us to need to sleep on the couch that night. They came out to work on it so hopefully no one else will run into that. They also gave us some compensation for the inconvenience. Overall a good experience. It's right next to the walkway onto the beach so it's in a great spot.

Everything was awesome, everyone had a great time. We cooked on the grill most nights. The house size was perfect for all of us, plenty of room! We’ll definitely be back, great house, great location!!

Excellent accommodations and location. Our family stayed for a week over Memorial Day. Plenty of room and the house was clean and accurately described. We were pleased to see the propane grill in the pool area, which was a big hit with the children.
Direct access to the beach which is clean, beautiful and super safe thanks to the frequent beach patrols.
Hope to rent it again, would recommend!
