Children are welcome at Poppy Cottage and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Within easy reach of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole, Wells with its magnificent cathedral, the renowned Clarks Village shopping outlet at Street and National Trust properties at Clevedon Court, Tyntesfield and Montacute House. Splendid walks and cycle trails, and nearby Chew Valley Lakes is a modern reservoir and a mecca for birdwatchers and fishermen. Further afield are Exmoor National Park, the re-developed docklands and shopping of Bristol, and the memorable regency architecture of Bath. Beach 5 miles.
