This beautiful, newly renovated, and furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath home in NW Bradenton with a screened-in pool area sleeps 12 and is in great proximity to everything you could want or need while on vacation! Located in a prime location in Bradenton, you are just a short drive from local groceries, shopping, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!
When arriving at the property you will be greeted by the large yard with mature flora that will help you feel the relaxation of being on vacation. When walking in through the front door you will instantly be welcomed to the open floorplan that blends the living room, kitchen, dining room, and Florida room all into one. With this floorplan, you can cook, eat, watch TV, or even play pool without having to leave the company of your family or guests. To make the house feel even more like one big room full of excitement, through the Florida room you can open up the sliding glass doors and walk straight out onto the pool deck with plenty of seating options that look out onto a lake behind.
Heading to the kitchen you will be dazzled by the sleek, modern cabinetry that is accented with gold fixtures and shiny new stainless appliances. Here you will be able to make any dish you love from home and enjoy the finished project on the other side of the huge island where there are stools available for up to 5 people. Need more space? Just beside the kitchen, there is a sturdy wooden dining table with room for 6 more people. Enjoy a little competition? Have fun playing pool or table tennis while overlooking the pool area off the back. For your pleasure, an additional liquor/wet bar and mini fridge are located just off this area for easy access!
Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is on the left side of the house and offers a king bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the right side of the house with various sleeping accommodations to make it easy for any family or group to choose their rooms. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed with a twin trundle and a TV, Bedroom 3 offers a Twin over Double Bunk Bed with a twin trundle and a TV, and bedroom 4 is located with access to the pool with a twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living room for larger groups.

This was a blended family vacation. Plenty of space for kids to have fun activity, areas for grownup privacy and conversation. Laundry was where you didn’t have to listen to it, with a great kitchen area so no one was bumping into each other. Location allows easy access to local restaurants and beaches. Yes, would stay again.

It was overall very nice. There were some minor details that need attention like a dirty vent, hole in the wall, pool needs checked for a leak, new grill needs bought or current one needs cleaned. The pullout sofa bed warps to the middle so it needs replaced as well. It worked for what we needed.

The home was so beautiful inside and out! Very short drive to all stores. The pool was great to use to stay cool, the garage had things we could use at the beach and at the pool. We also left a few things to add to the collection! Washer and dryer were so quick!!! We will definitely be back to the area, this is just the beginning of our love for Anna Maria island and Bradenton. The ladies I spoke with a few times were very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay!!

The living room and kitchen were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked.
The pool is not heated (we knew that ahead of time) and so that limits usefulness.
The HVAC system could not keep up so the house stayed very warm and that made it hard to sleep at night. My husband emailed at the beginning of the stay about that but did not receive a response. The AC unit leaked all over the garage floor every day.
It is a nice place in a wonderful neighborhood but needs that AC worked on or replaced.
