Stay in a historic granary dating from 1780, in the Selke Valley in the Harz Mountains. The 90 m² holiday apartment is on the first floor. We, the host family, live on the ground floor of the same building. The entrance to the building is shared. The apartment itself is entirely yours.

The apartment accommodates up to five people, including no more than four adults. Because of the sleeping arrangements, it is particularly suitable for families. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull out bed. The beds in the second bedroom measure 90 × 200 cm, while the pull out bed measures 90 × 190 cm. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, comfortable living areas, WiFi and a smart TV.

The listed historic building has been carefully renovated with great attention to detail. Historic wooden beams and natural materials such as wood, hemp and clay combine the character of the old granary with modern comfort.

The garden and barbecue area are available for your use. We also occasionally use the heated pool. The outdoor area is visible from the windows facing the courtyard. When the pool is not in use, it is covered. You can remove the cover yourself or ask us to do it for you at any time.

The Selke Valley, with its hiking trails and many destinations to explore in the Harz Mountains, begins right outside the door.
