This incredible townhouse has much more than you need; it has everything you WANT!
Transparency and communication is very important to us!

3 rooms (1 of them with King size bed / 1 of them with Queen size bed and 1 of them with 2 Fulls size bed), 3.5 bathrooms.
All rooms have a bathroom!
Can you imagine taking a break from the theme parks in our super comfortable living room? :)
The whole house has high-speed internet wi-fi coverage, and central air conditioning.
One dishwasher for all your needs, washer and dryer (inside the garage), and many utensils and appliances so you can feel at home.
We have spaces for 2 cars (1 inside the garage and 1 on the driveway!
We offer some kids amenities, such as:
*High chair
*Baby gate for security
*Crib
*Plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery.
We provide bath towels, beach towels, and hand towels.
**We do not offer washcloths for hygiene reasons.

Vista Cay Resort is 16 minutes from the Walt Disney Complex, 12 from Universal. Shopping? We’re 7 minutes from Outlet Internacional Dr, and under 10 from the nearest Walmart, Walgreens, Sam’s club… anything you want.
**WE ARE VERY CLOSE TO INTERNACIONAL DR
(There are many restaurants and shops for your convenience).
And the best part: they are all basically to the same direction, so you can always drop by one on the way back from the other.
No need to make crazy logistic plans.
The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber.
We offer free parking at the house.

Our trip to Orlando was for the AAU National Volleyball Tournament. We never thought about staying at a VRBO but found that this particular unit was excellent and well worth the stay. It was close to the Convention center and all amenities. We would definitely like to stay again next year as it was ‘homey’ and peaceful to come back to after a long day of tournament play. Thanks to the hosts for their great communications and positive attitude through email messages. We would give 10 stars if we could!!!

This condo was magnificent! Best property we’ve stayed in! Modern, clean, convenient and spacious! Wish we could have stayed longer. We were at our twins volleyball tournament so the ideal place to stay for that. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for sharing your home. 5 stars!!!!!

The location was great, and the place was very clean. However, it seemed like the place had been trashed at some point in the past and hidden damage with a coat of paint. The frame around the garage door was splintered from where it had been kicked in and had since been tacked up with finishing nails and painted over. The clock at the top of the stairs was broken around the edge where it had taken a fall. Several balusters on the stairs guardrail had been hastily mismatched and replaced where they had been kicked out. Worst of all was the living room furniture. The reclining sofa was bent so that you sat at a 30 degree angle that dipped past 45 degrees when reclined, and at least one of the bar seats wasn't attached to the base so when you sat on it it flipped forward throwing you off.Some of this was just cosmetic, but the furniture was a hazard. Be cautious leaving your children unattended on it.All this is a shame because it is in a good location. I would stay here again only if they replace the furniture and made proper repairs to place.
