We had an amazing stay over the 4th of July holiday! This condo exceeded our expectations and was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was spotless when we arrived, and we really appreciated that all of the essentials were provided, including bed linens and towels. The welcome gift from the host was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home.Communication was outstanding from start to finish. We had one minor issue with someone parking in our assigned space, and the host responded within minutes and even came out personally to resolve it. That level of attentiveness was greatly appreciated. The location was definitely the highlight of our stay. Being just steps from the beach made it easy to spend every day by the ocean, which was exactly what we were hoping for. The property also has two well-maintained pools, which looked great, although we were at the beach so much that we never had a chance to use them. Having a dedicated parking space was another huge plus. The only thing worth mentioning is that the property is on the fifth floor. There is an elevator, though, so it really wasn’t an issue for us, even after long days at the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place at an unbeatable price and location!

Room is beautiful in a perfect spot. Was an easy walk to the concert every day right down the boardwalk which was so wonderful! Immaculately clean and comfy. Host was beyond fantastic, prompt and friendly communication at all times. Couldn’t ask for anything more from our stay. Just lovely

The condo is very clean and cozy, well furnished with all the basics. That includes light cooking in the kitchenette, which we did to save effort and money (quick eggs, bacon, and coffee in the morning, for example, before packing sandwiches for the beach). Art communicated great and was very kind. One of the pools is heated, and there is a hot-water shower on the ground floor to clean off sand. Laundry is on the floor and takes quarters; we only needed one dry cycle for some wet clothes at night but it was still convenient to have. The walk to the sand/boardwalk was super easy and short, which is a plus with kids in tow. The beds slept great. My only concern was that the sectional in the 2025 picture didn't really allow sleeping (wood frame catches your side/back) but Art said he planned to replace it in the off season. Because there was a queen bed, the three of us were good, though. The building was quiet at night. I've stayed in a variety of rentals in WW and I've seen some that were sketchy, but this place was well-kept and clean. It's a solid choice if you have a small group and want to be close to the water and to have a step up in quality from your average motel. I'm glad we picked it. Thanks!!
