The farmhouse blends period charm with modern comfort. Two wood burners create a cosy atmosphere throughout the cooler months, while views across surrounding farmland bring light and openness to the home.
The dining room offers seating for four guests and features a wood burner, making it perfect for relaxed evening meals. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, and a small utility room adds convenience for longer stays.
The living room is airy and inviting, complete with a Smart TV and countryside views, an ideal place to unwind after exploring the Abbey grounds or the wider Isle of Wight.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms provide restful accommodation. The master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed.

The farmhouse is very comfortable and has everything that you need. There are many pleasant dog walks close by and there is a stoney beach, which is only 20 minutes walk away, a favourite place for our dog and us, as there is also a very nice pub there, that does excellent food . I would definitely stay here again.
