This modern three-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential and very scenic neighborhood of Collina d\'Oro, in a newly built building.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large open space living room, consisting of a TV corner, with a sofa, which becomes a double bed for additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), and flat-screen TV; for evenings of reading and movies with friends. There is a dining table for 8 people in the large living room: prepare lunches and dinners in the modern, fully equipped corner kitchen and enjoy it here with family or friends!

There is a wonderful 180° view of the lake: enjoy it from the armchair in the living room, positioned in front of the large window, or on the large terrace with glass railing that offers a truly breathtaking panorama, the perfect place for an aperitif or a romantic dinner in summer!

There are 3 rooms: two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobe storage and overlooking the lake, and a single room with a desk for study and work and access to a side terrace.

There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

Collina D\'Oro is a popular neighborhood of Lugano, in a sunny and privileged location for the panorama of the lake and mountains that frame it. The residential area of Collina d\'Oro is served by bars and restaurants, surrounded by green areas such as Parco Castello and Parco Castagnola, and in the hamlet of Montagnola you can visit the Herman Hesse Museum, dedicated to the Germanic writer who spent half of his life here.

Lugano city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: in about 10 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station take bus No.435 direction "Cappella-Agnuzzo, Stazione" for 3 stops and get off at "Cappella, Agnuzzo" stop. Then take bus No. 433 direction "Lugano, Autosilo Balestra" for 4 stops and get off at "Cantonetto di Gentilino" stop. Walk 11 minutes to reach the apartment.
