Full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit and WIFI. Royal Garden amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and kiddie pools, arcade, tiki bar and more. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Condo was older, but was maintained well. Very Clean and had everything in the kitchen to make a great meal. Great view. Managment staff was extremely helpful and had not issued contacting them for whatever questions I might have.
