Tucked into the lush, mountain-ringed privacy of Mauna Olu Estates, this single-level home is a true escape on Oahu`s west side. The gated community offers 24-hour security and a peaceful, exclusive feel, with well-maintained homes and landscaping all around and the Waianae mountain range as your backdrop. You`re minutes from Makaha Beach, a local favorite for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing, plus scenic hiking trails and golf nearby — all in a part of Oahu still rich in Hawaiian culture and far from the tourist crowds.
Inside, the home is bright and comfortable, with garden and mountain views from multiple rooms. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and a living area built for groups:
Primary suite — king bed with a private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 — queen bed
Bedroom 3 — bunk room with two full-size mattresses (top and bottom)
Living room — two sofa beds
The full kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, rice maker, and blender, making it easy to cook meals on your own schedule rather than eating out every night. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, so larger groups arriving separately won`t have to worry about logistics.
Whether you`re planning a family reunion, a multi-generational trip, or a quiet getaway with friends, this home offers the space, privacy, and setting to make it memorable.
Important Note: Guest understands that a 4% processing fee will be forfeited for any cancellations.

Smoke-Free Home – For everyone`s comfort, please no smoking inside the house.
Peaceful Vibes Only – To keep things calm and enjoyable for all, parties and events aren’t permitted.
Registered Guests Only – Overnight stays are reserved just for those on the reservation. If you`d like to have someone over, just check in with us first.
Respectful Quiet Hours – Please keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the community.
Furniture Stays Put – To keep things in great shape, please don’t move big furniture or take indoor pieces outside.
Shoes Off, Aloha In – Kindly remove outdoor footwear inside to help keep the floors clean and comfy.
Pet-Free Property – As much as we love animals, this home is pet-free to keep it allergy-friendly.
Report Damages – Accidents happen! Please let us know right away if anything breaks so we can take care of it.
Mahalo for Taking Out the Trash – Trash is picked up on Tuesdays. If you’re here for a while, helping with that keeps things fresh.
Keep it Legal – Let’s all stay on the right side of the law.
Energy Aloha – Please turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use to help us conserve energy and protect the island.
Driveway Parking Only – You may park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Street and guest parking aren’t available, so please plan accordingly.

Plenty of room for 8 adults to sleep, but you may want to get a larger house if you're planning on spending a lot of time indoors. Beautiful home and GORGEOUS area but kinda far out. About 45 min-1 hour from HNL and 30-45 from city. Nice backyard and kids loved the pool. Its very close to the house.

My grandkids are huge historians. They wanted to come see Pearl Harbor, the aviation and other museums. We had an awesome time.

MUCH SMALLER THAN PERCEIVE. NOT ENOUGH BLANKETS. WAS NOT SET UP TO KILL FLIES, WHICH WAS INFESTED. DINNING ROOM RUG EDGE WAS NOT STUCK DOWN. WAS A BAD TRIP HAZZARD. WAS NOT TOLD BACKYARD WAS ALL ROCK. NOT GOOD WITH LITTLE CHILDREN. FRIST AID KIT NOT COMPLETE. NO CLOSET IN MB. COOKING POTS VERY SCORCHED TABLE LIGHT IN BB ROOM DID NOT WORK. BACKDOOR SCREEN WAS TORN AT HANDLE AREA. GLASS COCKTAIL TABLE NOT GOOD
