Welcome to our charming studio apartment in the traditional Arganzuela neighborhood!
This cozy studio features a super comfortable bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a living-dining room where you can relax after a busy day exploring Madrid.
The apartment is located in one of Madrid’s most traditional areas, the Arganzuela/Madrid Río neighborhood. This magnificent area gives you the opportunity to explore the most important sights in Madrid.
The studio is on the first floor with direct access from the street. It’s a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. You can enjoy downtown Madrid, which is just a 10-minute metro ride away, while staying in a peaceful, residential neighborhood. There’s a Mercadona supermarket right around the corner.
The 35-square-meter studio features a comfortable 150x200 bed, a 140x200 sofa bed, and a three-seater sofa where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.
The bathroom is fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion; the living-dining room and kitchen area are fully equipped. We provide sheets, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. We’ll have everything ready so that when you arrive, you’ll feel right at home.
The Legazpi metro station (Line 3) is an 8-minute walk away, and it’s just 5 stops to the famous Puerta del Sol. (10-minute trip)
It’s a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood with excellent transportation links, including the metro, city buses, Renfe Cercanías (Delicias and Méndez Álvaro), the Méndez Álvaro bus station, Atocha Station, and the M-30 and M-40 highways.
It’s a brand-new area, very close to Atocha Station and, from there, the Prado Museum and the Thyssen Museum. The famous and traditional Rastro de Madrid flea market is also very close to the apartment, as is the Railway Museum. From there, the famous Strawberry Train departs for the city of Aranjuez—it’s a vintage train that offers strawberry tastings.
If you’re traveling with a baby and need us to set up a high chair and a crib, just let us know in advance, and we’ll have them ready for you free of charge.

This place is small, but has everything you need. A washer (no dryer, need to hang things), a dishwasher, bathroom, kitchen, fridge, bed, hair dryer, iron, coffee, juicer. It's a bit small so perfect for a single person or a couple. We had babies and it felt cramped with three suitcases. It's about a 13 min walk from the nearest subway station. It's 2 min away from a grocery store with everything you need (but it is closed on Sundays in case you land on a Sunday). It's not really THAT close to Madrid (door to door probably 30 - 40min by public transportation... About 25min by taxi). But very close to the Chinatown. It's clean, lots of parks nearby, and a bit out of the way.
