We were impressed with everything about Jason's house - the decorating, the landscaping, the location, the whole shebang. We felt very welcome, and I am glad we chose to stay in East Nashville, as the neighborhood had a very good community vibe. The house was walking distance from a really nice park with a playground for the kids. The house had everything we needed, and I was excited to see there was recycling and reusable grocery bags. There were lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops around, and Jason gave great recommendations. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Nashville, and I would also recommend it to friends.

Super nice, fun/eclectic home with beautiful landscaping, creative/thoughtful design, and super convenient to downtown for concerts/sports/music scene, etc. Host Jason is very friendly and helpful!

This was absolutely a great place to stay. The host, Jason, was a very great person and he would reach out before you came to see if there's anything he can do and he would let you know about recommendations to do around the city. So, definitely a next time place to stay for us.
