Great location and set up for a few couples or multi generational family gathering (appreciated the main floor bed and bath). We had the best time. Pacific Beach is a hidden gem.

This was our second stay here and we will be back every year! This is the perfect house for a mixed family, lots of rooms for personal space and just a trail away from the beach!

A great house in a great location. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms, so no one had to wait in line. We played boardgames and did a puzzle, so appreciated the large dining table with extra leaves. We spent most of our days across the street at the beach, and it was awesome to be so close so we could come back to the house when needed and enjoy the sound of the ocean at night. We were slightly disappointed that the intake damper on the bottom vent of the charcoal grill was missing, so we did not use the grill. The convection oven and gas range were wonderful though. It was also a nice surprise to see the beach chairs and outdoor activities like croquet. We'd definitely stay here again.
